What is the A-Level requirement for freshman if s/he makes application to universities abroad?

The requirement differs among different subjects in different universities. Generally speaking, if there are two Cs for two subjects out of three subjects, students reach the general requirement of common universities. Some good universities require students to have 3 Cs in 3 subjects. Oxbridge requires higher scores and students are supposed to have 3 As and get IELTS at 7.
